Kettlebells II (Advanced)

Advanced Kettlebell movements; Must know Hardstyle (RKC/Strong First) Swing and Turkish Get Up. This class raises the intensity and begins more complicated Kettlbell Movements. This class uses all tools available to Kettlbells South Bay, including but not limited to: Kettlebells, Ultimate Sandbags, BattlingRopes, and TRX. This class will help you excel at loosing fat, gaining muscle/strength and if applicable getting in shape for competition. Bring Water, Yoga Mat, and Towel.
